The Hunky Punks Project is a series of youth and community workshops to create monsters from recycled fabrics and materials based upon the Hunky Punks found on All Saint's Church, Langport. The workshops will cumulate in a showcase event as part of the Langport festival at the church.

Artists

Sarah Dicks
A Bristol based visual artist specialising in Costume and Theatre Design, Sarah is the lead artist on The Hunky Punks Project. She is heading up the workshops, running the blog and creating some of her own work to showcase alongside all the Hunky Punks made at the Langport Festival.

Julie Roberts
Julie is a Bristol based textile artist specialising in community arts projects. Julie will be mentoring two emerging artists as part of the project, Sarah and Penny. She will also be coordinating the sessions, Toy kits, and collating the evaluation. Her role will be to support and guide the other artists, and deliver the primary sessions.
